MEMBERS

When a USER registers to this website they become MEMBERS. A MEMBER has the obligation to pay the member fee monthly, or yearly, depending on the chosen MEMBERSHIP. In return the MEMBER can enjoy full access to all the CONTENT on this website.

MEMBERSHIPS

This website offers two MEMBERSHIPS.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: MEMBERS pay on a month-to-month basis. MEMBER can cancel anytime. After Cancelation by the MEMBER, the amount(s) paid will not be refunded, though no new payments will be billed. The MEMBER remains access to the CONTENT until the end of the monthly term that he or she is currently in.

YEARLY MEMBERSHIP: MEMBERS pay on a year-to-year basis. MEMBER can cancel anytime. After Cancelation by the MEMBER, the amount(s) paid will not be refunded, though no new payments will be billed. The MEMBER remains access to the CONTENT until the end of the yearly term that he or she is currently in.

MEMBERS can cancel anytime. If a MEMBER cancels before the end of the 30 day free trial they will not be charged. If a MEMBER does not cancel during the 30 day free trial, they will be charged a MONTHLY or YEARLY fee depending on the MEMBERSHIP they purchased.

RENEWAL
Membership auto-renews at the end of the MEMBERSHIP period, except when MEMBER cancels before the end of the period.

CONTENT

The CONTENT on this website is to be considered: all videos, files and audio files available for download and/or streaming. Mark’s Piano has the right, at any moment to change and/or delete any or all of the CONTENT from the website without prior notice to the MEMBERS. The MEMBERS do not have a right to access the CONTENT itself, they only have a right to view to the CONTENT for as long it is available on this website. Therefore MEMBERS cannot claim any rights towards any of the CONTENT that is no longer available. In case a MEMBER is no longer willing to contribute the monthly and/or yearly fee to the website as a result of removal of CONTENT they can cancel their account. In case all of the content is removed MEMBERS have the right to a partial refund for the amount of the balance still open on the day of removal.

MEMBERS are allowed to download CONTENT only, when there is a DOWNLOAD button available. All of the CONTENT remains intellectual property of Mark’s Piano and may not be copied, distributed, sold, given away or made public in any way or form without prior written consent from Mark’s Piano.

REFUNDS

A refund is not possible due to the fact that there is a 30 day free trial period. During this period any new MEMBER can check out the entire website, and decide to continue with a membership, or cancel before they are billed.
